What is the weather like in September in ladakh? What temperatures? Are there problems with altitude sickness?

September day temperature will be around 20 degree Celsius and night around 7 - 10 degree Celsius in ladakh,if proper rest is taken for first day usually you get acclimatized but yes a bit of sickness will be there like headache, etc.
