Do I need a Visa to travel to India ?
Yes, you need to have a visa to travel to India. Visa cannot be obtained upon arrival unlike some countries. If you arrive in India without Visa, you will have to return. Airline will deny boarding without the Visa stamped on your passport. The Airlines are supposed to ensure that you have a Visa before boarding the plane but sometimes they forget and when you arrive after a long flight in India, you will discover that you have to make the journey back.
