Cultural highlights of Nepal combined with Kathmandu, Pokhara,Chitwan and Nagarkot is a visual feast of magnificent mountain views lush green forest, watery rice terraces with a mixture of Buddhist foundation and Hindu culture with nature wildlife safari. Awe-inspiring views of the magnificent white peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna I and Manaslu, the world highest mountain, are plentiful here. The scenic territory is also a perfect place to connect with spiritual side. Wilderness extending over miles with various picturesque, isolated hamlets, small villages river embankments and forested pathways impart a sense of connecting with higher self and yet serene countryside. Nagarkot is naturally inbuilt hill station of Nepal from where traveler can enjoy awesome view of mountain, morning sunrise, day hiking in small villages. Naturally beautiful Pokhara geographically centered as the second largest beautiful city in Nepal.
Chitwan has several outstanding wildlife reserves that are home to hundreds of species of birds, wild animals and butterflies, including various exotic and endangered species. For the jungle activities normally one can do Elephant back safari, Tharu village tour, Jeep safari, Bird watching, Tharu traditional Dance, Canoe Trip and nature walking. Walk forest paths lined with mosses, ferns, and orchids. After 8 days of heart-pumping walks, eye-popping scenery, and visits to Buddhist monastery and Hindu temples, you will come away with a feeling you had a satisfying immersion into this serene, little-known culture.
Outline Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in kathmandu.(D)
Upon arrival at Kathmandu meet and transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu. Depending upon your arrival time you may spend free time visiting Katmandu city. Tonight you will be treated to a welcome dinner in a typical Nepali restaurant with folk dance and cultural performance. Overnight in hotel.
Day 2: In Kathmandu Valley (B)
Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley, where we visit Pashupatinath temple, Swayambhunath Stupa and Patan and walk around Thamel. Overnight in hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Pokhara.(B)
Heading west from Kathmandu on clear days, most of the way to Pokhara there are views of Machhapuchhare and the Annapurna massif cascading rice terraces, rocky gorges and roaring rapids crossed by precarious suspension bridges. First of several possible places to break the journey is the Manakamana Mandir near Mugling, Even if you don’t stop between Kathmandu and Pokhara. The highway follows a series of deep river valleys, passing ancient stone villages. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 4: In Pokhara .(B)
Morning, excursion to Sarangkot. It lies 5 km west of the old bazaar. Sarangkot is famous for the sunrise view and offers the spectacular views of Annapurnas, Dhaulagiri, Hiunchuli and other majestic peaks of the Himalayas. On the way back, we will stop in at the Bindhyabasini Temple -the center of religious activities of Pokhara and later visit Davis Fall, Gupteshwar Cave, Tibetan Village, and Seti Gorges. In the afternoon, we will enjoy a boat ride one-way Lake. Overnight in Pokhara.
Day 5: Pokhara to chitwan.(B)
Drive to Chitwan, via Seti gandaki, Marsyangdi through Mugling following the banks of the Narayani River.
Overnight in chitwan.
Day 6: In Chitwan National Park (B/L/D)
Full day Jungle activities that include safari rides on elephant, canoe trip, bird watching and village tour etc.
Overnight in Chitwan.
Day 7: Fly to Kathmandu and drive to Nagarkot.(B/D)
Nagarkot renowned for view Himalayan peaks at sunrise are a magnificent sight to behold.
Overnight in Nagarkot.
Day 8: Departure.(B)
Transfer to the airport in time for your departure flight to next destination.

Min Bahadur Singh was born in 1977 in Bajura district, far western development region of Nepal and later on he moved to Pokhara, permanent resident of Kristi-3 Kaski, Pokhara. He is Trek and City Tour Guide in Pokhara city, Nepal, a city of natural beauty and on the lap of the Himalayas. He has completed his intermediate education level and various training related to the travel and tourism industry. He started his career in the hospitality industry since 1992. He’s worked in the tourism sector for 24 years and has 12 years of guiding experience involving in different travel and trekking agencies in Nepal. Min has joined to this company since 2014, and he does city tour guide in Pokhara and Annapurna region Trekking as well.On top of that, he is also bird watching specialised in the mountain region of Nepal. Min speaks English very well and has been the beloved guide for English speaking tourist. He loves to travel, meet new people and share his ideas and experiences to other people.

He started his career as a Cave guide, ticket sales man at Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave in Pokhara. So must of his working experience is related to tourism and hospitality industry. Beside his guiding profession, he enjoys reading and writing poetry. His poets have been published in different forums and medias. When get free time loves to work in the field as well.
