The Tsum Valley Trek begins with a picturesque drive from Kathmandu ot Arughat via Dhading Besi, followed by Machha khola. You will travel through several villages past forest to Machha Khola, subsequently you will continue past Tatopani, Jagat, and Lokpa, and enter the Tsum valley. Along the way, you can observe the gradual transition in landscapes, encountering serene rivers, charming villages, and lush forests.
The trail towards Chhokang Paro diverges from the mainstream path of the Manaslu trekking routea at Ekle Bhatti, guiding you into the hidden gem of the Tsum Valley. You will head further north past Phurbe and Nile to Mu Gompa. From Mu Gompa, you make your return journey retracing back to Jagat and drive to Kathmandu, ending your Tsum Valley Trek.
Additionally, the Manaslu Circuit Trek, intersects with the Tsum Valley Trek at certain points, which is also a less-traveled route compared to some of the more popular trekking destinations in Nepal.
