Bhutan Tour for Peter and Sue
Oct 25 -Nov 07,2016
We do hope that you had a successful trip to the UK in October. Sue and I were very pleased to meet you in Thimphu before you went. Windhorse certainly deserves to be in the top rank of travel agents for our type of holiday. Our trip to Bhutan was one of the most enjoyable holidays we have had. Over this Christmas and New Year period we have been composing our usual 'holiday album' and it has been bringing back happy memories of our time in Bhutan.
We congratulate you on having such a successful organisation. Your attention to detail
Bhutan Traverse from West to East for Iris & Family
We returned from Bhutan yesterday. I had to email you and let you know that the tour was flawless. Our guide Penjore was kind, knowledgeable, and so attentive to our needs. Such a pleasure to be around for 12 days and our drivers - both Sonam and Jimmy were beyond wonderful (and great with Maya our 8-year-old daughter).
Our entire experience from the process of booking to the actual trip was such a positive experience, we thank you for your contribution in creating an absolute dream come true. Your choice of staff and hotels is impeccable (the only exception was

Sorry for our delay. Life has been very busy since we returned.
We loved our trip. Bhutan is beautiful, the people, our guide and drivers were very kind and thoughtful. We also had quite an adventure since the monsoon decided to stay longer than anticipated, which has made for a few hairy situations on the road, but some good stories. We were lucky that it did not rain at the time we went to the festival in Bumthang, but it was raining most of the other time while there, which made our trip to Gangtay the adventure. Thank goodness we

Thank you for your email.
Our trip was excellent in every respect and we have no hesitation in recommending a holiday in Bhutan with Wind Horse to all our friends.
From the start:
• Ugen was extremely helpful in assisting us to plan our two week trip taking into account our interests
• The pre departure information was very comprehensive and useful
• All the documentation arrived in a timely manner and Jambay answered any queries very promptly
• Our guide, Namgay, was excellent – very knowledgeable and friendly and his English was very good.
• Our drivers (Tenzin around Paro, and Chimmi for the rest

Greetings from India! As you may be aware, I continued my travels here in India after departing Bhutan. And I can state without a doubt that I truly miss Bhutan. An amazing culture, kind people and beautiful landscapes!
In terms of specific feedback regarding the trip, I will begin with some constructive criticism. It would be good, I think, to work with the guides (perhaps both the senior guides and those new to Windhorse, who might have a fresh perspective) to review the itinerary of the Drukyul Walking Tour. It seems that nearly every day we had to change what

Thank you all for a most wonderful trip and experience of my lifetime.....Karen had a very full itinerary which worked well; sorry our timing was off to see the Black Neck Cranes but the center was a great alternative....I hope to get an update via email and see videos of their arrival this fall.
I'll remember the beautiful country and the friendly English-speaking Bhutanese. I had some wonderful conversations with people I met in passing and at the places we visited and stayed.
Our guide Kencho Tschering and Himrod, the best driver in Bhutan were terrific hosts and most flexible in stopping to car

12 day customised Bhutan tour
We had a fantastic time on our twelve-day Bhutan trip in October 2016. The itinerary developed by Wind horse Tours was perfect and everything went smoothly. The hotels we stayed at were comfortable and usually nicely located, sometimes in the middle of paddy fields with a lovely view. The only hotel we didn’t like was the totally oversized and impersonal Mountain Lodge in Jakar, but our guide and the Wind horse office managed to arrange a change to the Swiss Guesthouse after one night, and this in the middle of the high season!

We had a great time in Bhutan and would recommend Bhutan and Windhorse to our friends. Sonam and "0007" did a great job, particularly as needed to plan around some bad weather. We enjoyed all the activities and the food was great. It was really appreciated that bottle water was always on hand.
Thank you Windhorse for a fantastic trip to Bhutan.

We enjoyed our dinner with you and I am sure that I speak in behalf of my travel companions when I say that we came away not only with a great impression of Bhutan but also of Windhorse. The book you gave us on Bhutan is quite well done and has beautiful photographs.
Our communications with you were consistently very efficient, the program was great, we liked the hotels, and both sets of tour guides and drivers were excellent. We learned a lot from Sonam and Kezang who were always on time, very attentive, flexible when we wanted to change

Dear Ugen and Jambay,
I am finally back home from my trip.
I would like to send you this email to thank you for the great trip and the service WindHorse has provided. Bhutan is the 2nd most beautiful place that I have seen in the world.
Except one incident with the hotel in Trongsa, I have a lot of positive comments to say about WindHorse and the itinerary.
I am sure you have put a lot of thoughts about the proposed walking itinerary which is the best to my opinion. The flight to Bumthang made a lot of sense. Starting from Bumthang back to
