Ms. Sonam Choden is a young, energetic, and dedicated professional from Pema Gatshel in eastern Bhutan. She completed her Class XII education at Yoechen Higher Secondary School.
Soon after completing her schooling, Sonam underwent training with Desuung Guardians of Peace, where she proudly served the nation whenever her service was needed, particularly during the challenging COVID-19 pandemic.
With the tourism industry resuming its operations, Sonam joined Wind Horse Tours, Treks & Expeditions, where she has now completed three years of dedicated service. In her role, she is responsible for handling visa and permit applications, ensuring that the necessary documents and approvals are processed smoothly and efficiently.
Behind the scenes, Sonam plays an important role in making sure that visitors have the required visas and permits before travelling to Bhutan. Her dedication, sense of responsibility, and willingness to serve make her a valuable member of the Wind Horse team.
