We would like to say that overall it was very well organised, and certainly all correspondence was swiftly managed by yourself and your colleagues.
We would like to thank you for your flexibility in payment and also we were extremely grateful for your recommendations and most of all, the upgrades we got! The extra mile that all the hotels/lodges went with decorating our room has made it very, very memorable and it was truly special. Ive taken a photograph of every single room we stayed in!
Pema was knowledgable and very accommodating – and of note, it was raining rather heavily on the 2nd day of the trek We were keen to carry on and Pema was just as game – he later told us that this is one of the worst weathers he had trekked in (for that particular trek).
Tandin was gracious and a very careful driver indeed and it was nice that he went to special lengths to ensure the car was clean when we dirtied it with our muddy shoes.
The only suggestion for change would be the homestay – although it was nice to see the interiors of a Bhutanese home, it felt impersonal and just like a room in another lodge. This might be different if the owner stayed with us and spent the evening interacting with us?
