Sorry for the long delay in writing; we have been very busy since our return from Bhutan. Mike and I both had a wonderful time on our tour and we were especially pleased with our guide, Karma and driver, Thinley. They could not have been nicer or more helpful and we will always remember their kindness. Bhutan is a beautiful country and the dzongs, temples and museums we visited were fascinating and quite an educational experience for us. The birdwatching also turned out to be better than we expected and we were able to see over 150 types of birds we’d never seen before.
Our local newspaper has asked Mike to write an article about our trip for the “Travel” section and if, and when, its published we’ll send you a copy. The article will include information on who we travelled with so hopefully we’ll get you another few clients! If we are ever able to head back to that part of the world we will definitely contact Wind horse Tours again.
