- Warm drinks to refresh and relax
Dinner
A full-course meal served in the heated dining tent:

Special Treats & Surprises
Especially on rest days or short hiking days, the cook may delight you with:
- Momos (Bhutanese dumplings)
- Cakes like apple pie, pumpkin pie, or sponge cake
These are often baked in a pot or or steamed, even at high altitudes!
Special Diets & Dietary Preferences
We do our best to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-sensitive diets when notified in advance.
However, due to the remote nature of trekking routes, availability of specialty ingredients may be limited. While our cooks are experienced in preparing meat-free and plant-based meals, we recommend that strict vegetarians and vegans check in with us personally before their trek to ensure their specific dietary needs can be met consistently throughout the journey.
Your comfort and well-being are important to us—please communicate any dietary concerns early so we can plan accordingly.
Water & Hygiene
We take your health and well-being seriously, especially in remote trekking conditions. Here’s what to expect:
- All drinking water is boiled and made available at the campsite, where you can refill your bottles each morning and evening.
- During the day, fluids such as tea, coffee, and juice are provided to keep you hydrated.
- Note: We’re unable to refill water bottles while on the trail, so we strongly recommend bringing your own water purification system—such as a personal filter bottle or water purification tablets—for added flexibility and safety.
- All utensils and cookware are cleaned with boiled water to ensure cleanliness.
- Meals are prepared following strict hygiene protocols in a dedicated kitchen tent by experienced staff trained in food safety practices.
