• The Department of Forest, Government of Rajasthan manages the Jungle Drive bookings.
• The vehicles and the guides are allocated randomly based on a roaster system.
• Majority booking is done in advance and only very limited seats are made available 24 hours prior on first cum first serve basis. Any booking requests later than that are only on the basis of any last minute cancellation received by the forest department.
• There are two types of vehicles that go for the drives, open-air six seat gypsy and open-air sixteen seat mini-bus also known as a canter.
• Bookings require the below mentioned details –
1. Complete names of all the guests traveling.
2. A copy of passport for all guests wanting to do the drive.
3. Father’s Name for each of the guests (only the family name will also be sufficient).
4. Indian Nationals can provide an Indian Passport or a driving license.
5. Please ensure that you carry the proof provided in person whilst travelling to Ranthambhore.
The booking policy of the authorities does not permit any refund for cancellation and hence any cancellation or modification to the drives will lead to 100% retention on confirmed jungle drive bookings. Any modification is treated as a fresh booking request with a separate charge as listed below. The Forest department responsible for conservation of wildlife has placed a restriction on the number of visitors to the park on a daily basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend that you book your jungle safari 60 days in advance with us .

Winter timing
*Morning: – 7:00 am till 10:30 a.m.
You are required to be present in the lobby at 6:45 am.
*Afternoon: – 2:15pm till 5:30pm
You are required to be present in the lobby at 2:00pm Gypsy Canter
Summer timing
*Morning: – 6:00 am till 09:30 am.
You are required to be present in the lobby at 5:45 am.
*Afternoon: – 3:00 pm till 5:30 pm
You are required to be present in the lobby at 2:45pm
*The timings are subject to change without any prior notice. The resort shall inform you of the precise schedule upon arrival.
