Lhuentse Tsechu
Lhuentse Tsechu occurs following the harvest season at Lhuntshe region, typically around November -December, coinciding with the local rice harvest. Located approximately 2-3 hours north of Mongar, Lhuentse offers a more remote and authentic festival experience. Despite its similarities to other dzong festivals nationwide, it showcases unique folk singing and dancing, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region.
