05 -11, Feb, 2019 Rating:Dear Anand; On the whole we had a positive experience. The guides who came through Indian Archaeology (or some govt certifying agency) were good, notably in Khajuraho. The reception by the local agent (Amritsar, Jhansi, Kahjuraho) was excellent. The hotel in Orcha (Bundekhand) was located nicely but needed renovation. Radisson- blue was the best in Khajuraho. Hotel services at all places were good. I would not hesitate to recommend you as a travel agent to my friends.

Oct 22 - 07 Nov, 2018 Rating:Good morning Ugen! Happy Thanksgiving, Happy Diwali and Happy Black Neck Crane Festival! I wanted to let you know that Bill and I had an unforgettable trip with Windhorse! The guides, Hemant in India and Kenchu in Bhutan, were such kind men, knowledgable, flexible, personable and we felt so safe in their care. The others were also wonderful we just weren't with them as long. The itinerary was the perfect variety of activities and transportation for our wishes. We were able to meet so many local people and really got a feel for daily life and whats important in the peoples

13 - 31 May, 2018 Rating:Overall, the trip was fantastic and I am truly grateful that you suggested India before Bhutan. However, the hotel in Delhi was superb. They upgraded us to a fabulous room the the 2nd and 3rd times that we were there which was lovely. Our guides in India were fine. I do have a couple of suggestions....I think we could have done with 1 night in Rathombore. We saw 1 tiger on all our safaris, although others saw many more...just lucky. We really liked Jaipur and maybe should have had 2 nights there instead. Darjeeling. Bhutan was really spectacular...we loved it.

l3 -17, April, 2018 Rating:I traveled with my elderly parents to Bhutan and India with Windhorse in April 2018. I cannot say enough good about them. From the time I contacted them to organize the trip, to the time they drop us at the airport, all went without a single glitch. While organizing the trip, they always answered me within 24hrs of an email and always addressed my concerns with reliable information and appropriate changes. At every step our concerns, requests, questions have been promptly answered and addressed. The trip in itself was extremely well organized and yet very flexible. Our guide (Sonam) and driver (Dorji)

Rating:We had a great tour in India as well as in Bhutan. We felt perfectly looked after. The whole trip was extremely well organised and your agency made our time in Bhutan special. Our visa problems were quickly solved and even our wish to bring a present for the royal baby to the palace could be fulfilled. Duba and Jigme (guide and driver) are a great team and very entertaining. We spent a lot of time laughing with them during our tour from the west to the east of Bhutan. Our expectations were clearly exceeded. We had a great tour

6 - 20 March, 2018 Rating:As world travelers, my wife and I have taken several organized l tours around the world. Most of them are with a big group of people. The itinerary is usually packed with touristy spots. However, with Wind Horse, it is totally a different level of traveling. It was the experience and culture learning that makes this trip so memorable. We loved both Assam & Eastern Bhutan. The locals were so welcoming and very friendly everywhere we go.This would not be possible without the excellent service from the Wind Horse team. The entire trip was so well planned and organised from A to Z. Anand, our

12 - 29 Jan, 2018 Rating:Our group of 4 recently returned from a trip through Wind Horse Tours. Ugen helped us for months with all the details of the trip, answering our questions and arranging personalised custom changes for us. We visited Northern India and Nepal. All of us have traveled quite a bit, but none of us had been to India. I cannot thank Wind horse Tours enough for the excellence we had with the activities, hotel choices and mostly the guides. With Delhi being such a big city, you can imagine pre-travel jitters, but it was all for naught. We were met at the airport

Oct 31 - Nov 20, 2017 Rating:Attention Ugen I wanted to thank you for your assistance in organizing my trip, and for inflicting poor Anand with me. He was the perfect choice, as he listened to what interested me and went out of his way to make sure that I was able to get the very most out of the trip. I so appreciated his care and concern, as I realize that being inflicted with a little old lady, especially one with rather offbeat ideas about travel , is not exactly the job most travel agents would want. He bore up remarkably well, even enduring me dragging

Sept 26 - Oct 04, 2017 Rating:Dear Anand, First, I would like to thank you and the entire staff of Wind Horse for the effort spent to set up our tours. We greatly appreciate the way that we were kept informed from the initial booking through our final departure. Your ground staff, both guides and drivers, were always well informed. In general both tours were very special as they took us to places that are hard to navigate and we were always visiting sites that we had only dreamed of seeing. Suggestions would be: 1. Try to do long drives every other day … not two consecutive days. On Day

May 15 -20, 2017 Rating:Anand and colleagues at Wind Horse, My husband and I were thrilled to have visited Deeg. Although, it was in a terrible state of disrepair it was beautiful and very interesting. We were delighted to be in a location that did not have many, many tourists. It was interesting because it was more 'contemporary' and the water features would be beautiful if the trash was removed. We enjoyed seeing a smaller town, but would have been uncomfortable "strolling in the village" of Deeg. Are they prepared to welcome foreigners?? We enjoyed staying in the old section of Laxmi Vilas Palace in
