Chitwan Jungle Safari – 3 Days

Chitwan Jungle Safari – 3 Days

Chitwan Jungle Safari is a great trip featuring wildlife activities in Nepal. It involves exploring the extraordinary wildlife housing the rich biodiversity, tranquil wetlands, and majestic woodlands.

Chitwan National Park is situated in south-central Nepal in the subtropical lowlands of the inner terai of Chitwan, Makawanpur, Parsa, and Nawalparasi districts. The park covers an area of 932 square kilometers, and the altitude ranges from 100m to 815m. It was recognized as the UNESCO natural world heritage site in 1984.

The Name “Chitwan” means the heart of the jungle. The park is inhabited by the endangered Royal Bengal Tiger, one-horned Rhinos, sloth bears, monkeys, wild boars, leopards, jungle cats, various types of bears, and over 550 species of colorful birds.
