Hello Ugen,

We returned from Bhutan yesterday.  I had to email you and let you know that the tour was flawless.  Our guide Penjore was kind, knowledgeable, and so attentive to our needs.  Such a pleasure to be around for 12 days and our drivers – both Sonam and Jimmy were beyond wonderful (and great with Maya our 8-year-old daughter).

Our entire experience from the process of booking to the actual trip was such a positive experience, we thank you for your contribution in creating an absolute dream come true.  Your choice of staff and hotels is impeccable (the only exception was Mountain Hotel at Samdrup Jongkhar, that was just ok).

Thank you Ugen for such an amazing experience.  You’ll be hearing from us again – Nepal is also on the agenda : )
