Tour of Thimphu & Paro Valleys.

We had a brilliant time in Bhutan.

Firstly , thank you to you for organising everything for us. Secondly, Yeshi, our guide and Tandin, our driver were excellent. They both spoke very good English (which really helps) and they were both extremely knowledgeable. From the start they made us feel very relaxed in their company and from the many conversations we had with them we learnt a lot about life and culture in Bhutan.

We never felt rushed. Each day we discussed the itinerary and as well as making sure we did the ‘must’ sees we  included a few ‘like to’ sees. And were also able to have some free time.

The hotels were great, especially the Uma Paro. We really enjoyed our trip and the highlight was the trek to the Tigers Nest Monastery – even though we didn’t think so at the time!! We managed the round trip in 4.5 hours which apparently is good going.

Would we recommend Wind horse? Most definitely and would we recommend Yeshi and Tandin, most definitely.
