Hi Jambay and Ugen,
I wanted to share with you that my wife and I had a wonderful time.  We found the arrangements to be flexible and well thought out. We enjoyed our pleasant and capable driver, Ga Ga, very much, and we thought our guide, Nim Dem, was simply terrific!  We found it hard to imagine a more helpful, capable, flexible, and pleasant guide!
