Doling Gompa || Doling Gompa
Doling Gompa is situated on a small hillock in Barfung village. The monastery follows the Nyingmapa sect of Tibetan Buddhism. The trail to Doling gompa goes through Kewzing village across lush green forest with large areas of cardamom plantation crossing streams with log bridges. It's popularity is due to the stone bearing the footprint of Dorje lingpa, installed on the inner wall of the Mani Lhakhang along with the images of the Manjushri, Vajrapani and Dorje Lingpa.
