Mararikulam (Marari)
Mararikulam (or Marari) is a small fishing village located in close proximity of the land of backwaters, with white sandy stretch of un-spoilt beach. The way of life here has hardly changed in hundreds of years as the fishermen go out daily for catch, while the women look after the domestic chores. Mararikulam lies in the heart of the 'Spice Coast' which is 55 kms from Cochin city and 15 kms from Alleppey. Beacause of its location advantage and being the best beaches of this area, Marari is where any tourist would like to finish his tour.
