Sang-ngag Zimche Nunnery
This active nunnery with about 50 nuns is located on the slopes of Mt. Gangpori. It was originally 14th century Sakyapa establishment of Tsarpa sub school and from mid 18 century, it came under the influence of Gelukpas.
