Yung Drung Kungdrakling || Bon Monastery
The Bon Monastery is located at a distance of about 10 kms from Ravangla at Kewzing and is the only one of its kind in Sikkim. In fact there are only two of its kind in India, one in Sikkim and the other in Himachal Pradesh. The Bon faith flourished in Tibet before Buddhism, over the time it got influenced by Buddhism and has now been accepted as a part of Buddhism. The interior of this monastery has been decorated with paintings of Bon Deities.
