Phuntsholing Tshechu

Phuentsholing Tsechu festival commenced in recent years following the establishment of Dratsang, the central monastic body unit. The festival showcases mask dances and folk performances by the local monastic community and students from Phuentsholing schools. It is an annual holiday for Phuentsholing schools and government institutes, drawing a significant attendance, including many Indians from neighboring areas.
