Shahpura House

In 1956, Rao Dhir Singh, created the Shahpura House, once residence of erstwhile rulers and scion of the Shekhawat clan of Rajputs. The house has been converted into a hotel by Rao Dhir Singh and the doors have been flung open to the visitors from all over the world.Each room appointed with the furniture originally created for Maharajas.The Traditional Rajput architect, a mixture of Mughal and Indian, a facade with domes and frescoes.The House is a very fine example of Shekhawati frescos and architecture.One of the best value for money.
