Lhuentse

Lhuentse or Kurtoe region is an isolated district in the north east. There are many sizeable villages in the district which are mostly located on the ridge tops. Women of Kurtoe are well known for their weaving skills. Most areas are in sub-tropical zone. People are very friendly and welcoming.
