Tachog Lhakhang || Tachog lhakhang or Tachogang Lhakhang

Tachog lhakhang means -œtemple of the hill of the excellent horse.-Tachog lhakhang was built in 16th century by Tibetan saint Thangton Gampo. He built numerous iron bridges and temples across Bhutan and Tibet. The temple is privately run by the descendents of Thangtong Gyalpo. Lhakhang is located along Paro-Thimphu highway, just after Isuna village and before Chhuzom, on the base of a mountain across the Pa chu river. The temple conducts tshechu every year. It is a great spot for taking pictures
