Nagarkot situated at a distance of 32kms from Kathmandu is considered to be one of the best place to view the mountain ranges. Situated at an altitude of 2195m, it offers one of the broadest view of the Himalayan rages of Nepal(8 ranges out of 13 ranges). The view range from Dhaulagiri in the west to Kachenjunga in the east, on a clear day we can even see Mt. Everest in the far East.
