Poon Hill || Popular view point
Poon Hill at 3210m is one of the most popular destinations for trekkers in the Annapurna region. Poon Hill view point is located on the way to Annapurna Sanctuary Trek and is considered to be one of the best for sunrise view. Most trekkers hike from the village of Ghorepani early in the morning to enjoy the beautiful sunrise view. Besides it also provides uninterrupted panoramic views of mountains like Dhaulagiri I, Tukche peak, Nilgiri, Annapurna South, Annapurna I, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre and the Lamjung Himal.
